| Your job | : | As an Agricultural Field Collateral Inspector, you will be successful by mitigating risk and ensuring customer compliance. Your success will be driven by your self-motivation, attention to detail and ability to work independently. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The inspector must effectively solve practical problems with limited standardization, interpret various instructions, and logically process information to assess financial profiles, identify risks, and apply appropriate mitigations. Agricultural Knowledge and Communication: A solid understanding of agriculture lending standards, agriculture and livestock production is required. The inspector must communicate tactfully, listen attentively, make sound decisions and demonstrate high accuracy and problem-solving abilities. Technical Proficiency and Teamwork: Proficiency in Microsoft Word,
Excel and other MS office applications. The inspector must work effectively with the Client Relationship Team, plan and organize work efficiently, and exhibit strong analytical, cognitive, and communication skills to address credit issues proactively. |
| Qualification | : | Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Agribusiness or related field with 5+ year’s related lending experience or other directly related work experience; or High School Diploma or equivalent with 10+ years directly related work experience. Livestock expertise and knowledge covering all types of agriculture. Ability to review budget and cash flow projections upon request. Sound knowledge
of agricultural lending standards and practices as well as broad knowledge and understanding of agriculture and livestock production. Ability to analyze financial statements and supporting information with ability to solve practical problems related to the agricultural industry. Ability to travel regionally more than 50% |
